Panasonic PT-LMZ460

PT-LMZ460 — 3LCD Laser Projector, WUXGA, 4,600 lm

The portable end of the laser range: not much bigger than a laptop in width and depth, 4.2 kg, and light enough to carry between rooms or drop into a bag. It's the natural replacement for an ageing lamp-based PT-LB426 — same mount and bracket, so an upgrade bolts straight into the existing ceiling fixing without construction work, and Digital Zoom Extender covers the case where the old mount sits further from the screen than the optical zoom reaches. 4,600 lm and 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast keep it readable in a lit meeting room, and the laser light source removes lamp changes and mercury disposal from the equation for around 20,000 hours. There's no lens shift on this class, so plan the mounting geometry accordingly.

Key Features:

• 4,600 lm (ANSI) WUXGA with 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast
• 4.2 kg with a laptop-sized footprint — genuinely portable, easy to ceiling mount solo
• Uses the same mount and bracket as the lamp-based PT-LB426 Series for drop-in upgrades
• 20,000 h to 50% output (24,000 h ECO) with washable ECO Filter, no lamp changes
• 1.2x zoom (1.36–1.64:1) plus Digital Zoom Extender to 2.05:1 for reusing distant mounts
• Digital Image Shift moves the image 10% in any direction — a workaround for off-centre mounts blocked by light fittings or vents
• Auto vertical keystone ±25°, manual horizontal ±35°
• Free 360-degree installation, ceiling or floor, front or rear
• 4K/30p signal input over both HDMI™ inputs with CEC support
• QR-code wireless pairing (optional AJ-WM50 module) and PressIT compatibility
• Memory Viewer plays media direct from USB
• 24 dB in Quiet mode — quietest in this class
• PJLink™ Class 2, Crestron Connected™ and AMX Device Discovery over LAN

Lens: Fixed 1.2x manual zoom, built in (no optional lens options, and no lens shift on this model).
