The Audix SCX25A is a professional large-diaphragm studio condenser microphone with a patented capsule suspension system: the capsule is shock-mounted within a machined brass ring, fully isolated from the body and electronics. By minimizing acoustic reflections and diffractions it delivers a pure, open-air sound with exceptional detail. Its wide cardioid pattern lets the engineer blend the instrument or voice with the sound of the room.
