The Audix ADX51 is a professional pre-polarized (electret) condenser microphone for stage, studio and broadcast use. Its uniformly controlled cardioid pattern captures the instrument being miked while isolating it from the rest of the stage, at close or distant placement, across a wide variety of acoustic instruments. The body is precision-machined brass with a black E-coat finish, a steel mesh grille and a gold-plated XLR connector.
